You’ll be joining the KSA operation of a Global Market Leader in this key Finance Business Manager role.
Reporting to the regional Financial Controller, you’ll be managing a team of 2 finance specialists and taking full responsibility of the financial accounting, management accounting, budgeting, cash flow, cost control and profitability.
Key responsibilities:
Leading the team and reviewing their work to ensure the highest standards of reporting, compliance and efficiency
Finalization of Monthly and Annual Financial Accounts
Preparation of Monthly Financial Reports – Balance Sheet, P&L
Monthly accruals, depreciation, prepaid, inventory provision and other month end financial adjustments
Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
Coordination with auditors for Financial Year-End Audit
Lease Accounting – ensure lease accounts are maintained as per US GAAP
Inventory Report, analysis and leading monthly meetings with Marketing, Supply Chain and Service to achieve Target
Other ad hoc reports and analysis as required by Financial Controller
Key competencies:
Professional Accounting Qualification (CA, CPA, CMA…)
MBA is desirable
Minimum 10 years of overall work experience
Previous experience in a reputable MNC is a must (at least 4 years)
Practical “hands-on” exposure in a similar Finance management role (4 years minimum)
Arabic language is preferred
Proven experience in setting up effective systems/controls
A keen financial mind and an understanding of the company’s business demands are key to the role
Demonstrated ability to successfully influence key internal and external stakeholders
Proven ability to challenge current thinking and to drive and enable continuous improvements
Excellent personal communication, leadership, report writing and organizational skills
