Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Team Lead. The Real Estate Team Lead will be responsible for managing and leading a team, overseeing brokerage activities, and handling commercial real estate transactions. In addition, the Real Estate Team Lead will be responsible for communication, both internal and external.


Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in the Real Estate industry (in Dubai) in a Manager positions
Strong knowledge about the Real Estate Market and Proven track of successful sales record (Secondary + Off-plan)
Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Decision-making skills
A degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
