Mindshare, MENA, part of Mindshare EMEA, spans 11 offices across markets (Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Lebanon, Jordan, and Iraq) with local market teams and leads, reporting into the MENA CEO.
Role Context & Overview
As the Regional Strategy Director at Mindshare, you will play an integral role in driving growth for our clients while keeping up with the rapidly changing landscape of digitization. You will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and direction to clients, as well as identifying and executing opportunities to expand our services. In this role, you will be working with a team of experts in different fields to provide comprehensive solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic guidance and direction to clients to achieve their business goals.
Develop and implement a transformation agenda and strategic vision for our clients’ businesses.
Oversee the execution of our strategic plans for clients, working closely with our regional and operational teams.
Build a deep understanding of clients’ businesses and the industry sectors they operate in.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and advise clients on key market trends and opportunities.
Identify opportunities to expand our services and increase revenue through services upselling
Liaise with local and global teams to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery.
Ensure the quality of our strategic deliverables to clients, in conjunction with the assigned client and specialists teams.
Collaborate with the client team leads responsible for delivering strategic plans to clients and developing a high-performing team.
Act as a change agent, promoting innovation and driving transformation across the business
Collaborate with other WPP companies and agency partners to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
Key Measures Of Success
Drive organic growth increase by defining and delivering a transformational scope of work, product, and services for clients.
Secure new business growth from other clients, outside of the existing client base, with a 25% conversion rate.
Deepen our relationship with clients and achieve consistently high client evaluation scores, measured through an increase in TRR (or similar metrics).
Produce award-winning work across the account with annual submission to regional and global award festivals including Dubai Lynx, MENA & Global Effies, Festival of Media, & Cannes.
Candidate Experience
Proven experience as a thought leader across the brand building, data & technology landscape, including performance, digital ecosystems, digital transformation, Data & analytics, ecommerce and digital innovation.
Proven experience in inspiring a high-performing team.
