Key Job Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources management
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • Experience working in healthcare industry for at least 2 years
