Human Resources Manager

A healthcare facility group is actively searching for a dynamic and seasoned Human Resources Manager to become part of our team. As the Human Resources Manager, your role will involve supervising all facets of the HR department and guaranteeing the efficient execution of HR policies and protocols across the organization. This position necessitates a strategic mindset and effective leadership skills to adeptly maneuver through the intricacies of employment laws and regulations, all while cultivating a nurturing and encouraging work atmosphere. Responsibilities include developing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee performance evaluation programs, administering benefits packages, coordinating employee relations activities, ensuring compliance with employment laws, developing HR policies, and maintaining employee health, safety, and wellness. • 5+ years of experience in human resources management
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
• Experience working in healthcare industry for at least 2 years
