Job Responsibilities:
Develop HR policies and strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Create and maintain an employee handbook outlining company policies, procedures, and benefits.
Implement best practices in HR management to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to facilitate new employees' integration into the organization.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution as needed.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and addressing employee concerns proactively.
Design and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and advise management on necessary adjustments.
Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and record-keeping.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a startup environment.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Experience in policy development, strategy formulation, and employee handbook creation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
