The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including implementing HR policies, employee benefit programs, and coordinating with PRO on compliance matters. They will also develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy, manage recruitment processes, and maintain historical HR records. The role involves bridging management and employee relations by addressing grievances or other issues. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HR management roles, a strong understanding of UAE labor laws, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in HRIS systems.
